Questions
Everything you're wondering
Straight answers about how Lost Heart FitX works, what it costs, and who it's for.
What is Lost Heart FitX?
Lost Heart FitX is a fitness coaching app built by James McCarty. You get structured workout programs, nutrition tracking that handles real home cooking, a community, and coaching.
What do I need to get started?
Your phone and a goal. You choose your goal when you sign up, and the app takes it from there.
How much does Lost Heart FitX cost?
Current prices are on the pricing page. Membership includes the full app: workouts, nutrition tracking (search or scan), the meal-plan method, progress and check-ins, community, and coaching in your language.
How does food tracking work?
Search for what you ate or scan the barcode on the packet. The app matches it to a nutrition database and logs your real macros. You can change any portion before you save.
Do I need a gym?
No. You tell the app what you have access to, whether that is a full gym, dumbbells, bands, or just your body, and your program is built around that.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. You choose your experience level during setup and your program is matched to it, and the app is built to meet you where you are.
Who is the coach?
James McCarty, who writes the workouts and the meal-plan method behind every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one tap from your account, with no retention maze and no hidden auto-renew traps. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What if I have PCOS, an injury, or foods I can't eat?
You tell the app during setup. Things like PCOS, insulin resistance, thyroid conditions, injuries, allergies and foods you avoid go straight to your coach, and they shape the meal plan he builds for you. Any food you say you cannot eat is kept out of that plan. Your calorie and macro numbers are set by your coach, not by a condition on a form.
