Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Lost Heart Fitness ("Lost Heart FitX", "we", "us"). They cover lostheartfitx.com, the Lost Heart FitX app, and the messages we send you. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Keep your information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account.

Membership and billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. The price is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account or by reaching us from the Support page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Refunds are handled as stated at checkout or as required by law. Reach us from the Support page if something is wrong with a charge.

Health and safety

Lost Heart FitX provides training programs, nutrition tools, and educational content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program or changing how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a health condition.

You exercise at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

Community and your content

• What you post stays yours. You give us permission to display it inside the service so the community works.
• Be respectful. Do not post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

Lost Heart FitX programs, videos, recipes, and text are ours or licensed to us. They are for your personal use. Do not copy, share, or resell them.

Text messages (Lost Heart FitX Texts)

If you check the text-message box on one of our forms and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Lost Heart FitX at that number.

• Program: Lost Heart FitX Texts.
• What we send: app launch updates, Fitness Tuesday motivation, and account and challenge reminders.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or reach us from the Support page at lostheartfitx.com/support.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these Terms, we update this page and its version. If the change is significant, we will let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
